    Lexco Construction — Bill Fancher
    I started in construction in 1980 and was a part of 200 semi-custom homes through 2003 when I received my General Contractor’s license and started building homes for clients and spec homes as well. From 2003-2008 I did approximately 18 new and existing homes.

    I started building because of the lack of quality I saw in houses that people were buying. I wanted to build homes with sound quality and good structure for the desert environment. I have been proud of the greater accomplishment which was to have families live in homes that will last over time in our communities.

    During the economic slowdown from 2008-2016 I did many remodels, additions, and some commercial projects. With the upsurge in the housing industry in our area, I am excited and optimistic about the homes we are currently building in North Fork with all the amenities and lifestyle of Laughlin Ranch.

    I am constantly learning and growing in how to build better desert homes, and glad for the technological advances in the housing industry to implement into our homes for a future where they are easy to maintain and live in. My mission is to create a comfortable, ecological energy efficient home that generates a substantial payback for years to come.

    My slogan “Jewels of the Valley” means my desert designed homes are standouts because of the supervision and time at the jobsite assuring the best possible building practices.
